We wish to invite practising artists to make use of our space in order to develop their practice. All disciplines are considered & there is also the opportunity to use the house to photograph any work produced. All residencies are self-catered, self-led & directed. The artist(s) in residence will have sole use of the whole house, plus our dedicated workshop room with adjoining yard.

Margate is a vibrant town, with a strong creative community, reflected in the many independant business’s, galleries & cultural events programme - not to mention Tracey Emin herself as our very own town mayor! We are situated in the heart of town, within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. We are only a few minutes away from the beach where you can walk the Viking Coastal Path, swim in the sea, or soak up our famous Turner skies & sunsets.

Access is from Sunday evening to the following Friday morning on a chosen week agreed in advance between us & the artist for a cost of £250. A non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required to secure the agreed dates. We also welcome enquiries for longer-term residencies, as well as group collaborations which are also considered with an additional add-on fee.
