Bespoke Skincare: Face Oils & Facial Massage with Aqua Oleum
Join holistic facialist and aromatherapist Abi for this practical, immersive workshop where you will learn how to formulate your own therapeutic facial oil, as well as learning a stress-relieving massage sequence that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
Discover what aromatherapy is, how it works and what it can do for your complexion. You will learn how to use essential oils safely on the skin, which ingredients are best suited to your skin type as well as your stress levels, and how to formulate your own 100% natural facial skincare.
In this workshop we will also cover how to create gentle, effective face masks using simple, natural and easy to source ingredients that you can likely find in your kitchen cupboard.
The session will close with a relaxing step-by-step facial massage sequence that Abi will demonstrate and you can join in with using the bespoke facial oil that you have created for yourself during the workshop.
All of the ingredients, materials and equipment for the workshop are supplied by Aqua Oleum.
Ticket price includes your own ‘Blending Notebook’, which contains plenty of information and recipe ideas, along with all the theory to get you started making your own aromatic elixirs at home, as well of plenty of space to take notes of what you learn and do on the day.
